We have had an exciting Spring so far. Here are some photos from April.
We taught Henry to mow the lawn - he does a fantastic job. Let me know if anyone needs any extra help around the yard - his fee is very low.

He is especially entertaining in the mornings, often demanding "Sidewalk Chalk;" he is trying to develop his artistic skills.
The biggest news:
MAY 1
HENRY TURNED TWO!!
We had a little party for him at the park around the corner. We had lots of fun!!!
This is the morning of the party with the birthday boy.
Mmmmmm, cake!!
Grandma and Grandpa came up from Savannah to help celebrate. Henry began calling them "Grandmama and Grandpapa" that weekend. We'll see if the names stick.
Playing with some of his new toys - power tools from Aunt ML and Uncle JP - but really he likes the safety goggles the best.
And of course the Mr. Potato Head glasses. He can actually see better in them when they are on upside down.
We had our two-year checkup and Henry is growing fast! He weighs 28lb10oz (59%), is almost 3 feet tall (63%) and of course head wins at 82%. And he has made it clear that he DOES NOT enjoy going to the doctor.
As for the rest of us, our lives are about to become quite chaotic. Our house is under contract and closing is June 30 - the last day of our residency!! We return to Savannah next week to look at a few more houses, hopefully make our final decision and put an offer on a house. The plan is to have the baby here, stick around for 1-2 wks after that depending on how she is doing, and then move to Savannah. To where? That is yet to be decided. Luckily, William doesn't start work until mid-Aug and I don't until mid-October, so we have some time to get things straight.
We have decided to name the new baby "Emily Louise" and she is coming along just fine. I am 31 wks pregnant - still due 7/11 - but I keep telling myself she will come two weeks early because 7 weeks left is much better than 9. I am feeling rather uncomfortable and moody these days.
Some classic quotes I have heard lately:
"Are you sure you aren't having twins?"
"I told my friends you were enormous."
"You are about as big now as you were last time at the end of your pregnancy."
WHAT???!!!??
We'll keep you posted!
Love,
Katy
